Cute place but the cake I got was disappointing. It was a mocha mouse cake but the mocha layer was inedible. It was leaching oil and was shearing in flakes (as seen in the photo). Makes me question the freshness of the cakes and pastries.

Nice place to grab n go or go on a coffee date. Ordered the Banana Hot Chocolate, it was good. The service was great & fast. Park in the garage & walk. Check it out

Very disturbing experience at Cocola Bakery. The Napoleon pastry was decorated with a pink square piece with the cafe name on it. I assumed it was edible — maybe chocolate, sugar paper, or a wafer decoration. Instead, it turned out to taste and feel like dense cardboard and was completely impossible to chew. This is honestly dangerous. Someone could easily choke trying to eat it because it is placed directly on the dessert with absolutely no warning that it is not edible. I have never seen a bakery put non-edible decorations on pastries without informing customers. This is irresponsible and unacceptable. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I recently stopped by Cocola Bakery at Santana Row and was genuinely impressed. Their strawberry croissant is exceptional — beautifully flaky, golden layers with a real fruit flavor that tastes fresh, not overly sweet. The balance between buttery pastry and light strawberry filling is perfect. The café itself feels elegant and relaxed, with friendly service and a nice spot to sit and enjoy coffee. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality easily justifies it. Even as a first-time visitor, it’s clear why this bakery has such a strong reputation. Cocola is worth the stop — especially if you appreciate a perfectly made croissant.

Fun dessert shop to share cakes and coffee. It wasn't too busy, we got two tables to fit 8 of us. We ordered 4 slices of cake and black coffee with sides of cream. The items were plated quickly as well as the coffee. The cakes were tasty, not too sweet. You can taste the fruits in the cakes we choose. Service was nice and efficient. It is our go-to dessert usually after dinner at a nearby restaurant. Still a nice place for dessert and catch up with friends. We ordered coffee, 1 salad and 5 cakes. Great service and efficient.
